These poi featuring bright and colourful plastic head were made by a team of staff with a range of diverse abilities from Pōtiki Poi.
Taura (cord) measures approximately 63cm, which is popular for youth and female.

Georgia is the face behind Pōtiki Poi, which was named for two reasons: firstly, Georgia is a descendant of Tahu Pōtiki. Secondly, Pōtiki means "youngest child".
Pōtiki Poi has three principles - Enhancing Māori Culture, Making Eco-Friendly Poi and Working with Diverse Abilities. Georgia's baby brother, Api was born with Down Syndrome and he has been an inspiration behind Georgia's business.  For the future sustainability of Georgia's business, they are employing those with diverse abilities to work for them, with the hope that some day Api might be able to continue Georgia's dream and run the business himself.
